In my opinion, Rainbow Dash has the best overall looking appearance among the mane six, so… yeah, I’m agree that dresses will enhance her awesomeness even more. nod
 
And from what I see so far, Rainbow Dash seems to be the one among the mane six, will be very likely getting sold out first when come to the plastic figures, plushie and other merchandises among the children consumers.
 
I guess that rainbow colour is attractive afterall, for some reason. XD

And the funny thing is, she never even wore that on the show. Spitfire and Fleetfoot did! It does make wish Dashie had worn it though - she really makes it look good. Then again, she makes anything look good…
