This doesn’t make much sense because Celestia is a good character while Yellow Diamond is the villain. I think that Yellow Diamond would compare more to Queen Chrysalis or Daybreaker.

I think that’s a reason why Yellow Diamond would hate Celestia, she reminds her of Rose Quartz.
 
On the other hand, Celestia would be absolutely disgusted by how callous Yellow Diamond is.

Their fusion would be very VERY, unstable. It’ll fall apart IN SECONDS, Because yellow diamond is bad, and celesteia is very good. Also why would a being as powerful as a diamond want to fuse with a weak alercorn? Also their fusion would look like and tirek it’d have multiple eyes and legs. So i say thumbs-down to this art.
