On the show or not, still bothers me all so much, haha.
I’ve played with autotranslate options of the browser, and have to note: the language used on this page is Chinese, and so we need a person who knows Chinese for final confirmation.

Still, going further into it, I’ve found the person you’re talking about was re-posting the picture on Pixiv.
The originator would seem to be this person http://gacha.163.com/homepage/687ba474ac904ee1a7292a12725f1ecb/index.
He’s talking about the tool used and his name has fish in it. The other pic in the gallery also has that signature, so I think this is our mark.
Now to find out if DBooru supports kanji…
It would be for the best to get some Japanese to confirm it, though.

Just stick with the signature for now.
Seeing as they can magically hold things in their hooves on the show it’s not inconceivable that they can shoot through sheer willpower I mean Pinkie did it with a crossbow so…
Even if you were to tape them, how does one fire?

It’s a pretty good trick considering text is the single strongest element in drawings so wherever you want people to look, slapping some visible text over it is the best tool for that.
