Actually I thought a thief could make a lot of sens, especially since that class is known for being more agile with a focus on dexterity over strength and constitution.
 
Also argue that Rainbow Dash being a Thor parody workout as well and made a lot of sense, with Pinkie Pie being the speedster because she’s so hyperactive.
 
Also, don’t forget despite the blue pegasus being the fastest flyer in Equestria… her pink friend was able to more than keep up with her and always catch up.

Well, she kinda already has super speed, so giving her that power would have been redundant.
 
And I’m sure her agility score in O&O is more than high enough to justify a thief/rogue.

she’s actually a warrior possibly inspired by Dragoons from Final Fantasy also

So Twilight is a wizard, Pinie is a bard, Rarity is an enchanter, Fluttershy is a ranger (though a druid would be more appropriate), Rainbow Dash is a… paladin of all classes, and Applejack is a monk (which is okay I guess).
 
I admit that the one that seems most out of place is Rainbow Dash being the Paladin, I just don’t think that makes much sense. I just don’t believe she’s disciplined enough for such a role, and in truth there’s more of a chaotic character despite being the Element of Loyalty.

Although it may not be what you consider to be the right color, it is true to the refernce photo….besides that, colorizing something this detailed takes a massive amount of time and effort to ensure that it does JJ’s art justice. I think Lance has done an amazing job of doing that and if you don’t like it, feel free to do some colorizations yourself. I tried to see what you had done in the past, but it appears you have never done it or you don’t share them here.
 
Either way, I believe the spirit of this site is (to quote Rule #0) “Be excellent to each other”. I understand you are entitled to your opinion and I am not saying you aren’t, just please try to acknowledge the effort put in by others and be a little more positive in your remarks.

I do not understand why fluttershy is always seen as class of archer, healer for her would be the best.

This hue/saturation could belong to metal, not skin.

By assuming that persone have diseases, you obviously insulting them.  
Plus there are only 4 types of colorblindness:  
Deuteranopia  
Protanopia  
Tritanopia  
and  
Monochromacy (just black and whight)  
In any case all colors would be signifinetly different.  

 
Twilights skin isn’t the same tinge if you want to be queasily precise. They are berely different, mostly thanks to bit of shading.  
This is not human skin.
