well, I don’t think pegasi would be flying at 30,000 feet in the air considering the air would be too thin to breath up there
There’s really not much you’re required to do to fly small aircraft (non-commercially), though. It basically comes down to “don’t kill anyone” and “stay out of airspace you aren’t supposed to be in.” Given the size of a Pegasus, that probably would just boil down to “stay away from aircraft and airports,” now that I think about it.

“Strange ponies lyin’ in pocket dimemsions distributin’ horns and wings is no basis for a system of government!”
that too (smuggling and/or sabotage/terrorism)
racist? probably but not without good reason.
Assuming they’re like humans, there definitely are going to be some dense ones. I mean, people still manage to get hit by trains, after all.
(Also, for some reason, my first thought about the sign was that it was for security purposes instead of general safety.)
they have to announce their flight plans so air traffic controllers can coordinate with them?
you’d think being sucked into jet engines would make them wary about flying that high.
“Federal? I thought we were a constitutional monarchy.”
“You’re fooling yourself. We’re living in a kleptocracy. A self-perpetuating oligarchy wherein the working classes-”
“Oh there you go bringing class into it again.”
I like to think that Pegasi flying long distance are subject to similar rules as aircraft pilots.
that’s the reason for the rule. maybe some pegasi are really that dense that they had to be told something they should know about instinctively?
Assuming they don’t get mid-aired into oblivion, of course.
