I basically worked out some bullshit about birbs being created when bird eggs got caught in magical storms and messed with magically, and a birb being the result. I figure they would only be as magical as the bird species they were so none of the cloud walking stuff.

True, again something I’ve at least tried to do in other pictures (recently, at least) but just straight up forgot on this one. I’ll probably end up re-doing it at some point with a bunch of improvements
Mostly my fault for using an early picture I did as a reference without taking into account the fact her wings are half folded in it. Oh well, live and learn.

Also they’d look better if the primary feathers radiated from “hand” bone, instead of being parallel to the other feathers.
I know my dude, but it’d make for an awkward picture so I liberally called ‘artistic license’ on it. (Also rather awkwardly the birb’s wings actually came out a little smaller than they did in other pictures, so I messed that up)
