I want to correct myself. The first paragraph is included, in the first five listings. But the first four listing, three of them marked “no”, are very strong cases of plagiarism.

Fair enough since OP raised the issue up. But that post is way off: the last sentence is definitely a yes, following the rule that you can’t get away with plagiarism by just changing one or two words. I can say the same about three other sentences in that post. And this post only covers the second paragraph; no mention of the first paragraph that’s been cited for plagiarism.
