What the Fluff?

I have to wonder where they get their accessories with their cutie marks. I mean, in Equestria they’re tied to identity so it wouldn’t be surprising if there were a market for customized whatevers bearing the owner’s cutie mark. But in the EG world they don’t exist in the same fashion, and appear to have less significance while still being used as personalization. So does Sunset or Twilight just walk into a shop and say “I need a belt with this as the buckle”?
