It’s Canterlot Castle, the throne room. If you look at the prequel pic you’ll see their reactions when they found the secret armory Luna and Celestia keep.
Yes, that’s the Two Sisters castle…at night? They must have taken all day to arrange lighting in there….
Given that the ponies themselves can be classified as “toys” (the come from a show that’s made to sell My Little Pony toys), it’s safe to assume that it’d hurt them in some capacity.
Or it could be the throne room of Canterlot Castle. My memory is pretty terrible.
