I’m not talking about the shape, but the positioning.
 
Look at the top curve. Her breasts don’t even begin until mid-way down the chest. Think of a regular set of breasts, then place another set under them, then take away the first. That’s where these are positioned. It could be fixed by redrawing the top line so it connects further up the chest, about midway of the chest fluff. Then it would just look like large breasts.
 
This isn’t a case of “breast variation” it’s just straight-up anatomically incorrect. The piece is good, just that detail bugs me.

Twilight’s looks seems to say “don’t judge us” (or maybe “we don’t normally wear clothes”).
