I know how you feel. I don’t ship incest/twincest(Or anything like that really.) either.  
But until the movie is released I prefer to see them just as friends . (Or, as I headcanon them, as adopted siblings. Here’s my idea for them -> Those two adults in the trailer are totally Gloriosa’s parents. After they died, Timber’s family took her in and after so many years of living side by side both of them feel more comfortable to call each other ‘brother’ and ‘sister’. Though Gloriosa only calls him this since she’s totally friendzoned.XD

Not really, because such information can give insight into the origins of their behavior. For example a kiss on the cheek changes meaning a lot depending on how it came to that relationship(or even cultural aspect, but thats another discussion for another time)
 
I personally don’t ship siblings, because to me it seems like sibling romance is just because these two people never bothered to look outside their family for close relationships, meaning they just choose this person because they are already comfortable with them, not because they are actually a good match. (and of course the whole child birth disaster with hetero pairings)

Being a Timbrosa shipper/former shipper myself, I don’t even know if I should be traumatized or happy. But I can definitely tell that if they’re blood/step siblings, I’ll definitely stop shipping them. If they’re just adopted siblings,(The parents of one of them died and the other’s parents adopted the kid out of pity.) then maybe I’ll continue to see them as cute together.
