Normally I’d agree (“Hell” has a better cadence when imagining Tirek saying it) but the fact that he actually sent them there kind of tips it in Tartarus’ favour for me. Well, that and the fact that they actually could’ve gotten away with “when you get to Tartarus” in the show had they been so inclined.

Blood 2 is older and was the oldest source that I found from googling "when you get to hell" discount  
I wonder if Namco partially lifted it from Blood 2 or if they came up with it independently? Meh, it’s practically impossible to tell when it comes to something “generic” enough (for want of a better word) and this badass boast is just short enough that it’s entirely plausible they came up with it independently.
 
Personally, were I captioning this I would’ve substituted Hell for Tartarus but you got a chuckle nonetheless.
