‘Stalker and stalked’ is still a relationship though.  
Not a healthy one, but so far nothing’s implied the ‘artist’ (or whatever editing together screenshots is called - editor?) considers them to be interacting in a healthy manner.  
Besides, all of the town ponies were creepy to all of the Mane 6 (minus spike, since I consider him the uncounted member), the difference is less that he’s being creepy to Rarity, more that he’s paying particular attention to her, as if he considered her the most interesting.

I’m not against the ship, I’m just saying that you should start the ship with something cuter and less creepy, like Rarity and Double on a date or something of the like.

If you call creepy smiles and starker-like behaviour shipping fuel, than go seek help, since that mentality isn’t healthy.
