After seeing argodaemon’s interactive turntable, I had always wanted to make one for myself. This is probably one of my most advanced SFM projects yet, making use of an advanced particle system for the dust, custom textures, custom bump maps, overridden materials, self illuminating models and materials as well as some enhanced lighting.
I did have some troubles when rendering this, which led me to make changes that I really didnt want to make. For example, I planned for this to be rendered in 1080p, but the renders would always get corrupted.
I will be making more of these in the future if anyone has any ideas or requests.
