can confirm. a pal of mine who adores twilight has been really unhappy with this season and he’s the kind of guy who’s always pretty chipper about things. he liked the changeling episode a lot though, but surprise surprise twilight barely made an appearance.

equestria has both canons and tanks. it’s pretty safe to assume guns and the concept of them are not lost on the ponies, but rather that nuclear horn blasts from unicorns are more effective.
 
if i had a built in unlimited-ammo raygun sticking out of my head, i certainly wouldn’t lug a 10lb service rifle and 10lbs more of ammunition into combat that’s for sure.

I would too, but I’d preferably just push her out of the way.

Are we sure they don’t? They have arrows and explosives, plus a history of warfare (if not present, who knows what Celestia has her eyes on in the map borders…); not a great leap to add them together to get guns.

Considering Equestria doesn’t really have gun violence, wouldn’t it be more important to take a manticore mouth for her?
