Yes! Also the whole “if Quibble says we go over him, we go over him” bit. She seems to respect him/like him enough to let him take the lead, which is not always like Rainbow Dash.
I mean…she let an Earth Pony make a flying decision for her without thinking twice. She likes him!
Not to mention her expressions as Quibble kept stroking her ego.

She does, you don’t tackle someone in a foam pit if they’re just a friend xD For real though, they had great chemistry in the beginning of that episode.
I usually ship SoarinDash, but Quibble makes me question that. A lot. Haha.
