I think it had to do with an enthusiastic thirst to learn about how computers worked. I did have to retake Physics 2. I got a D in Calculus 3 but to be fair only 3 people got a c and one person got a b. The classroom was completely full at the beginning of the semester and was empty enough at the final exam to space people one seat apart from each other. I was proud of that D, I worked hard for it and extensively used the textbook and notes.
Believe me, I worked super extra hard in some classes but the classes having to do with programming and hardware logic seemed to be a breeze.
Honey, I got all A’s in all of my programming classes on my way to graduating as a computer engineer. I never took notes and the text book was still in the factory sealed plastic wrap at the end of the semester.
Passion for a topic certainly helps. That would explain my low grades in Chemistry.

I’m just bitter because I study very hard and often times do worse than people who don’t study at all.
Why does it make you die on the inside?
Yea, I tried so hard and got so far, but in the end I’m just crawling in my skin…
That’s the thing – notes actually made school easy for me. But in the end, it– no, I’m not making that joke.
Hey, don’t feel bad. I take notes for everything and still fail miserably.

When I read stuff like this I die a little more on the inside.
