Yeah, that is basically what I meant, it’s the closest we have so far.
Consider that Celestia plays a major role at both the start and finish of the episode,
with a major speaking role each time.
Not to mention this episode is what gave us the notion of Celestia being a part-time trickster,
messing with the Cakes and Fluttershy as she did.
Every other time Celestia has appeared in a regular slice-of-life episode, it was always just once briefly, and usually towards the end.

@Amethyst_Crystal clearly stated the word closest, as in, @Amethyst_Crystal knows we don’t have a real Celestia episode yet, and this was as far as we’ve gotten.

Sorry to rain in your parade but, Celestia wasn’t the center of that episode. She stablished the plot device (Philomena) and the punchline (if this was a joke). She never did anything else but deliver the message, being around her Subjects, and laugh like a jerk at the end. Fluttershy was the main focus of the episode, Celestia was in there for miserable SEVEN MINUTES. I think it was less than that.
So nop, Celestia still doesn’t have an Episode of her own, unlike Luna (BEST PRINCESS MOTHERBUCKERS!!!).

The trap of high expectations. After six seasons without a focus episode, the writers want to make sure to give Celestia a truly worthwhile episode, rather than just a run-of-the-mill episode that happens to feature a while alicorn just so she can have her own episode. I honestly don’t expect a Celestia episode at this point, and while I’m disappointed by that, it doesn’t really affect my enjoyment of the series.
Well in my case, l follow Silver Quill’s path of Trolling and Flame Wars incitation. Subtlety is not in my vocabulary when l drink a can of Red Bull and a Pepsi Kick XD.
We’ve different brands of “trolling”, I suppose.
I like to be subtle.
What I mean with the dream theme is the fact that almost all of Luna’s prominent episodes involved dreams.
Also, Celestia was at Twilight’s dinner party.
I see Celestia instead of Luna. Twilight was Celestia’s student, not Luna’s.
By the way, Luna seems absent from chaos time to time. Look at the Canterlot Wedding.
Is not about dream settings, but l kinda imagine a Lesson Zero-type of situation caused by Glim Glam, Celestia absent during the chaos, and Luna/Twilight solving the problem, if there’s any. That’s just lMO.
I don’t see how Luna could be in that episode. As I’ve said before, the dream theme is most likely used up.

I just wanted to take advantage of the Drama around Celestia not getting her episode yet. See how many will fall. Is been a while since l was a jerk myself (no offense n n).
I would rather wait for a good Celestia episode in the future than have a crappy one now. Not many people liked “Do Princesses Dream of Magic Sheep” because they didn’t think Luna could be so foolish to create something that would endanger everyone.
Listen, I like Princess Luna as much as I like Princess Celestia but I am not of those “Lunabots” that condone her every action.
She has a crown already. She is the Princess of the Night and yet Celestia was able to raise the moon by herself for a thousand years (one of her Luna’s jobs).

“Every Little Thing She Does” is a Starlight episodes.
Luna is probably done with her own episodes because the dream episodes with the CMC and tantabus are over. The dream episodes were the only thing that made her unique.
