“Showstoppers” are a Rakdos thing. And while I’m sure Trixie would rush to perform on a Rakdos stage, she’ll probably miss the part about the grand finale…

This is a bit broken.  
“Whenever a creature” means multiple creatures man multiple counters.
 
Also she is in the color wedge for a control deck making it harder to take down.

Compared to Liliana Vess and Ashiok, I would make Trixie 3UB. I don’t think the ultimate is undercosted, though. I think that you may be wanting the top to be “At the end of each combat phase until your next turn, if a creature or creature attacked you or a planeswalker you control that combat phase, you may put a loyalty counter on Trixie, the Showstopper. If you don’t, you may draw a card.” If you intended to be able to put a loyalty counter on Trixie or draw a card for each creature that attacked you, I would say yes, make her cost more, make the ultimate cost more, and make the top ability at least 0, but I’d more strongly suggest -1 (Trixie is her own worst enemy in the end, after all). At that point you’re looking at less of a Ashiok and more of a Gideon, Champion of Justice in a color combination that isn’t about bolstering alliances.
 
That said this is an amazing card, I love the middle ability, and it is very well on flavor for the colors, the character, and your source.

I’m still pretty bad at costing things.

Holy shit, that ultimate. Given Trixie’s ability to rack up obscene amounts of loyalty, I feel like that should be -10 at the very least. It should definitely target a single opponent. Trixie herself is probably too cheap as well, given the sheer amount of punishment and card advantage she provides.

Don’t see the reason for black themeing though, Trixie seems pure blue imho.
