I’ve only played 3.5.
The goal of Black Crusade is to become a demon prince, which is the closest thing to a god in that setting. Then there is Exalted, where you are so powerful, you are a walking avatar of the sun. In Planescape setting, I can find you a few spots for godhood. Oh, and in classic AD&D, you can take on godhood once you reach level 20 and go epic :D

Getting all 20s in her stats is Pinkie in of itself, since under normal d20 rules, you should only be able to get a max of all 18s at lvl 1. (3 d6s per stat, or 4 d6s subtracting the lowest die for easy mode)
Any other worth wild ways that allows you to feel like a god?

Actually, Behelits are forces of order. They are pieces of destiny and certainty in a chaotic world (which is why a man like Guts, who beat all odds even with the way he was born is anathema to them). So Pinkie being “Chaotic Evil” wouldn’t work with a Behelit. I do love the reference though :D

One of my secessions ended with half the party becoming literal gods.
After typing that I had the mental image of everyone at the table rolling their character stats and Pinkie does hers then yells “YAHTZEE!!!” and everyone else just slams there heads onto the table.
