Heads and Tails, page 51 (Final)
Where else would she be?
And we’ve have come to a full circle. I’ve posted the first page of Heads and Tails on March 21th of 2013… that’s 1278 days, or 3 years, 5 months and 29 days ago! This is the largest project I’ve ever done, let alone to finish. The story beats have been all worked out before starting to draw the first page, which took at least a year to crystallize.
I’ll post a chronological synopsis of everything that’s happened in the story as an extra page soon, as well as a cover later on. I’ll probably share some of the more zany story ideas that I had and other tidbits about the metastory as well.

This is also a magical talking pastel equine story.
I couldn’t think of a better word for “all the stuff that made horses not be civilized” so nogooditude was born.

I was trying to be damn sure that was not the case. She’s walled up. She’s fallible. She screws up. She can be reckless regarding her own safety. Multiple times she would not have succeeded if not for the help of others.

Not sure what you mean there, though he’s not exactly a just a “nogoodite” (if I get you correctly). He not made up entirely of raw negative emotions, but moreso of basic raw emotional impulses.

the characters were really well portrayed, I could read everything in their voice, and it’s neat how genuinely dumb can still save the day with a good heart
the imagery and scenery is gorgeous, and the humor is genuinely funny
