nah, the colors for a normal Rainbow are not like that, it looks more like the Rainbow Power Glow
Given that it’s in water suspended in the air, I’d say it’s an actual rainbow here.

Her being in the main show would be pretty inappropriate now. It’s too late. But you’d think Celestia would at least have a picture of her in her room or something, though. I think even that’s never going to happen given the extreme negative reaction to pony Flash in season four.
They still need to wrap her arc up, so I suspect in the fifth (and probably last) EG movie they’ll do so.
Uh, in case you didn’t notice it, sunset being away from the main show makes me happy.
It won’t shut them up. Explicit references to the comics didn’t sway the canon snobs, why would that change in the future?

Until shown otherwise, Sunset still doesn’t actually exist in the main FiM universe. This is why I hope for even a background picture on the wall, something to say she’s canon aside from a few Twitter comments. And also to shut up all the “EG is non-canon” people.
