Or, this just popped in my head, maybe the F/A-37 Talon from that movie, Stealth. Those things hit Mach 4 and are crazy maneuverable.

Do you think Dash values raw speed or having the ability to make hairpin turns more?

I agree, while the picture is very nice, the Hornet is the slowest thing there besides the Thunderbolt II. It just seems an inappropriate choice for Dash. She’s also highly maneuverable though, and the SR-71 definitely wasn’t. RaptorDash maybe. It’s by far the fastest thing ever without using its afterburners.
