The mana cost would ruin this card. The chances of being killed by any aoe (Flamestrike and Holy Nova) or RNG spell cards (Arcane Missle) is extremely high. Unless you could change the effect where you can bait your opponent to kill it.

I tried to give him an advantage against aoe by adding “whenever a spell is cast” thus giving him the bonus in stats before he actually takes dmg but yea I agree he is overpriced after all i’m not the best at balancing cards and I mostly do it for fun.
This card would not see any play, too easy to kill it with aoe or random damage unless you play it on lvl 10 with many spells, and it would still be a terrible 10 mana combo. Make it cost waaay less mana like mana wyrm so it can be played earlygame and its okay. Until that its just a bad questing adventurer.
This is just a really bad card…. why not just play a 6 cost 6/6? You won’t lose as much tempo and for this card to be semi decent, you would need to have six 1 mana spells in hand.

He also gains power from your opponent’s spells not just yours, also I would be expecting that he would be played in some miracle rouge deck.
