Indeed. Now that I consider it, I don’t think she was in that fifth cocoon that was hidden by Celestia and Luna’s cocoons, or she was, but it was hard to tell, even when Chrysalis parted the cocoons slightly as she revealed herself to show the one behind them a little better.
Re-watching some episodes is difficult for some reason, but I think it may be partly because the show is at times potentially hammier than Pokemon (dubbed, duh) and I have a bad habit of associating parts of certain episodes with the more questionable aspects of the fanbase, mostly involving all y’all’s complaints, valid as some may be. lol
Maybe. Perhaps she wasn’t cocooned like the rest of the Royal Family. She simply was kept somewhere safe, and when the throne was destroyed and everyone else was freed from their cocoons, the Changelings simply retrieved her and returned her to her parents.
The only thing that goes against this idea is that when the changeling brought her to them she had no dirty goo from the pupa on herself, it could be that due to her young age she had to be kept aside from it

Best option was she was cocooned with the rest of the Royal Family and Elements of Harmony, so she simply had a nice, long nap before being woken when her cocoon was opened.
At least the Changelings showed their apology for kidnapping and cocooning them, and for the events of the Royal Wedding as well, by helping Shining Armor and Cadance out of what was left of their busted cocoons and returning Flurry Heart safely back to them.
True honor and respect between former enemies.
Being a Stand User made her intelligence increase drastically.
