scootaloo time travelled and accidentally rebooted the crystal war timeline by stopping rainbow dash’s sonic rainboom with her face, so now she’s stuck as a grease monkey in a dystopian equestria at war.
 
oh and alt-twilight’s the army commander, so the only way scootaloo can get her help is to enlist.
 
what’s confusing about that?
