I got this idea after watching a youtuber playing an indie game called “Mr.President” but instead of bullet I changed it to a pie XD and is up to Pinkie to save Twilight from being splatted by the pie from an unknown assailant XD

The correct term would be “Madame” as in “Madame President” when referring to a female president, or in this case “Madame Princess” as in contrast to “Mr. President” when referring to a male president which we’ve all done in the past. Or a more appropriate title, as in the case of Twilight Sparkle being a princess would be “Your Majesty”.
Cue face hoof.
