Also Blender has a better lighting engine (in my opinion) and renders with slightly less noise than SFM. The real difference is in the environments, Blender is a full 3d modeling program where you can import models of all kinds on a whim and make detailed environments right into your picture whereas SFM has a lengthy process to add models and making a custom environment is a lot more work.
I’m using a special mouth model from my friend Percy Technic designed specifically for vore images, but other than that they’re the same models people have been using for years with some subsurf and smoothing to help spruce them up a little for Blender.
