Probably an evil-looking skeletal pony though, since og Susanoo is supposed to be a “humanoid demon”.
 
This concept is really cool btw. Always liked the idea of Spike being a source of great power for Twilight.

I thought of something similar to this sometime ago, though it was a bit different. It was in the future with a much more experienced Twilight and an already big and strong Spike. A new and unbeatable enemy, who even the elements/rainbow power couldn’t beat, targeted Twilight to prevent the power of the elements from existing, laying waste to Equestria in the process. Knowing she couldn’t change her fate and that of her kingdom, she used a spell to seek the most suitable successor for the elements, hoping she would one day grow and revive the power of the elements, and found her in a newborn filly…
 
However, since she knew this enemy would make Equestria a much more dangerous place after she was gone, and that the power of the elements alone couldn’t beat him/her, this filly would need help, so before being found Twilight decided to give Spike one last task as her N#1 assistant, which he tearfully complied to. With his consent, Twilight sealed the now titantic dragon inside this filly, allowing her to tap into a part of his immense power in case her life was ever in danger.
