I can agree with Einsman this is a Lolita-inspired dress and still could get the tag, but I can also attest that Reverie knows quite a bit about Lolita fashion, so it’s debatable. I would say take it to the tagging forums if you want to discuss this further.

This isn’t ‘lolita fashion’ in the same way wearing web-shooters wouldn’t make my everyday wear a spiderman costume. Sure, there’s some factors but it’s not the same.
