Scoots Mom: Hehe yes of course you can sweetie mommy wants her little filly to be happy and enjoy herself, you and RD can have padded sister play dates together, i just have to ask RD’s mom which days that would do so we can plan together for them, you can take your toys with you when we do it wouldn’t that be fun?

Scoots Mom: Ok ok you can ride in a stroller just like RD does, BUT! if so then you are gonna have to wear diapes 24/7 just like RD does NO using the bathroom anymore ever again you are then gonna pee and poop in your diapers just like RD does. You are not allowed to change your diapers, i and your father will do that.  
We will also bathe you and feed you milk and baby formula from a baby bottle. We are gonna bathe you and you will sleep in a baby crib. You are not allowed to speak like a grown up anymore, only babytalk and crying is allowed from now on oh and you will suck on a pacifier all the time and only i and your father can take it out of your cute little mouth. Do you understand what the rules are my little Scootaloo and do you still want it?

scoots: mom said I’m too big for a stroller, so why does rainbow get to ride in one? I want to ride in a stroller too!
