There’s also the changes in brain structure, for example men have slightly less empathy than woman, are less social, and more aggressive, so they’d probably end up being even douchier due to there already antisocial personalities being amplified through a male brain structure and testosterone, with silver spoon and diamond tiara most likely engaging in physical bullying rather than mental bullying.  
Although with blueblood there’s a possibility there personality could improve somewhat with the boost in empathy, but more likely they’ll just be like the bitchy popular girls you see in movies, that personality fits them perfectly
