I think it’s not that crazy: Kantai Collection fanart has been quite fashionable for the last cauple of years. It was a matter of time NC would make something out of it. And it’s a little masterpiece, like always.
Oh, and I just noticed I must congratulate NCMares for his 500th pic with this username. Hoping for many more.
