Tags are for describing what is currently in the image they are on.  
Not for tagging what something usually is.
 
The same way we would not tag a humanized image of Twilight as “pony”. If the character being drawn isn’t being drawn as an alicorn, then the image should not be tagged with it. No matter how often the character is drawn as an alicorn in other images.
 
Now please take any further discussion concerning the tags to the Proper thread and leave the rest of the comments for discussing the image itself.
