In any event, it still comes off as ridiculous even by Marvel’s low standards.
umm i’ve been reading that comic and i haven’t seen that.
Cap always served HYDRA, he helped them and Nazi Germany win WW2, but the eee-vil Allies used the Cosmic Cube to rewrite history so they won instead. But now HYDRA has restored his true memories and he’s helping them instead.
Or maybe it’s yet another ‘Let’s mess with Cap’s mind’ plot like they’ve done a thousand times
