Yes! This is exactly how the size of BJ’s horn is described in the book! Thousands of pieces of fan art of BJ, and this is literally the only one I’ve seen that’s given her a horn “so small she may be mistaken for an earth pony”

She’s been exposed to a bunch of radiation: it makes her eyes glow amber. That may be the irises, but is often taken in fan art to be the sclera, so she looks jaundiced.
