That is sad, yet I’m not surprised. Some people in this fandom in general just can’t take a hint either. Though, I wouldn’t have known since I don’t have a Twitter.

Sad thing is this guy was recently harassing Soarin’s VA on twitter and saying stuff like this on topics that weren’t anything to do with pony. As if Matt Hill has anything to do with the character.

Hello, kiddo. I get that… and Soarin and Spitfire are JUST friends just like Soarin and Rainbow Dash are. Faust never confirmed they were together nor is she a part of the show anymore. Thus, she has no control of what the show staff decide to do with it. Shipping means characters whom you think would be compatible together, yet, although your ship sadly won’t happen in canon just like mine it’s alright to have different opinions and personal preferences. I see you already get this.
 
However, you also need to get that SoarinFire is just as non-canon as SoarinDash is and you’ll have to sadly learn to accept that. Also, I’m not a “he” for the final time. I am a female! It’s alright for girls to be bronies too, y’know.

This is a simple drawing. It’s for fun. they are not interested each other rainbow dash and soarin are just friends. They are only the arts of their imaginations. Soarindash are not official, is only official canonly friendship from friends.

Even if I don’t particularly care for Soarin Dash, I always love a family scene and this one is beautiful. I don’t really know what it is, but I just love family stories and pictures. They always warm my heart.
