First I’d like to thank you for being so critical and constuctive.  
(That definitely doesn’t happen often enough, even though I love drama ‘^^)  
Unlike what it may look like, I’m not bringing hate on this episode,  
I’m mostly… parodying it (You can find it in the “CRINGE” folder  
of my deviantart account xD )  
imo, Dash’s parents were acting like retarded kids and that really  
ruined it all (I had big expectations on Bow Hothoof, beginning with  
his stupid name >_< ). Finally : Zero morale.  
The rest of the episode (Scoot, RD, Wonderbolts) were pretty okay.  
Last but not least. I don’t like my artstyle, it’s a training after  
3 months without my graphic tablet.

I really don’t know where you got that from, when I specifically talked about the “””humor”””. I really don’t know why you think that you’re the one to decide what reasons are good enough to dislike an episode, I might as well hate it because it has a “W” in the title, and it shouldn’t affect you in the slightest. I really don’t know why should I care about whether or not you “let me be”, good luck “not letting me be” after I hide this pic and I don’t see you again. But on top of it, I really don’t know how exactly a comment that I wrote to tell the artist “I completely disagree, but I respect your opinion” offended you. There are so many things I don’t know.

I’m legit serious. If you either a) have criticisms unrelated to the insults (which I have; the pacing was shit, and the comedy was frankly lame outside of Rarity Dash) or b) are willing to go all the way and criticize real life military culture, I’ll honestly will leave you be. Otherwise, we are no longer talking about subjective tastes, but objective facts: Newbie Dash is TAME compared to real life military hazing.

I really like this style, but I can’t disagree more with your interpretation of the episode. I not only loved it, it was literally the episode that gave me my hopes back when I was still completely jaded after I almost drop the show during season 6, a season that I’d rather forget.
 
Then again, I hate Newbie Dash and its alleged “””humor”””, and I hated it every time that some condescending fool tried to convince me that I was wrong and the episode was great but I “didn’t understand it”, so I would be completely hypocritical if I tried to convince other people that they are wrong. If you didn’t like it, I respect it, and I sincerely hope that some of the next episodes will be as rewarding for you as this episode was for me.
