Well, nothing. Is just that the Cadance vs. Twilight drama in the Season 2 finale reminds me of the bronies’ reaction towards Cadance. Just like “Putting Your Hoof Down” reminds me of a fanfic made during the Cheerimac vs. Fluttermac ship wars where Fluttershy murdered Cheerilee because she is with Big Mac. (sans the shipping part because they think Fluttershy’s anger has nothing to do with ships, just the fact that Fluttershy was OOC like Courtney from Total Drama after Duncan cheated on her with Gwen)

I don’t really dislike her that much, I think she’s an ok character. Though I do think it’s true that she should’ve been mentioned a couple of times before getting married to Shining Armor.
 
But I don’t see what that has to do with FlutterMac.

I like ships because I’m a bit of a romantic at heart. And I know, fanatical fans of any ship are annoying, even the ones of ships you might like, but get over it. It’s not so important that you need to waste time debating endlessly or being rude to each other over.

This Is why I dislike the ship. They treat their friendship like a toxic one and cause drama to the point of betrayal. Sure, they respect him now at the end of S4 but it doesn’t mean the past is rewritten.
 
Imagine if you made a friend with a bad guy and your friends turn their backs on you after being pissed at your friend.

Twilight didn’t recognize Cadance’s full name in the letter, she was upset some unknown mare was marring her bother.  
When she found out it her the was happy, but then believed she was now evil from the way she(the fake) treated everyone, so upset again, but that was the fake, so understandable she thought the real one was still the fake.

And Twilight was happy to find out it was Cadance who was marrying her brother; it was Chrysalis-as-Cadance’s mistreatment of her friends (and general un-Cadance-like behavior) that made Twilight suspicious of, and then opposed to, her.

Speaking of Twilight and Cadance, Twilight hated her because of marrying her brother (and mistreating her friends) before she realized she was a fake and met the real one.
 
And not to bring different shows made for different audiences, but in Daredevil Season one, Foggy betrayed Matt because the latter is a superhero, which Foggy found out about it on episode 9. Even if it’s short lived.

Twilight attacked the real Cadance in “A Canterlot Wedding” because she thought she was another fake; that doesn’t really apply to how the rest of the Main 7 would treat Fluttershy over her relationship with Discord. They certainly disagreed with her and mistrusted her judgment, but I didn’t see any sign that they were considering turning against her.

I understand where you come from, but The anger and drama that Fluttershy’s friends got against Discord throughout the season is what makes me afraid that they’ll betray her for making friends with an enemy they can’t trust. Just like how Twilight almost betrayed Cadance because of the fake one in the Royal Wedding episode.
 
Thank God they didn’t but the past cannot be changed.

You mean the one where he deliberately got Rarity and Applejack sick so Twilight and Cadance would have to be the ones to care for him, eventually sending them off to fight a Tatzlwurm in order to get a cure that he didn’t really need?
 
Really, I do enjoy Discord as a character, and I think there are times he doesn’t mean to be as big of a jerk as he really is, but it’s been pretty consistent that he takes the initiative in being a jerk towards the Main 7 (minus Fluttershy), and especially towards Twilight.

In my opinion, Discoshy makes drama because her friends treat him like shit for one season (because of being a troll) and maybe that’s why I don’t like it.
 
But I love Flutterbulk too.
 
Besides, it makes me believe that because in shows like Total Drama or Star vs. The Forces of Evil (or any anime), Characters like Courtney or Jackie Lynn Thomas or Hinata Hyuga get hated over shipping.
