If she’s a European Paper Wasp then she’s missing the distinctive orange antennae that mark her out as a friendly.
She’s flying the flag of a much more dangerous species.

Because no matter what form of fantasy you play or make, there has to be at least one person you call Bob.
I like to think of such creatures, that have intelligence comparable to humans but biological defense or attack mechanisms like venomous fangs or stingers, as basically the same as a guy who carries a gun or taser or knows karate really well: Yeah, they can absolutely fuck you up with it if they want to, but why would they? XD

Her stinger is like a can of pepper spray someone carries for self-defense. She’s definitely not going to use it if you’re not a threat or if she can just talk to you instead :D

Every member of her hive has a name that’s a variant of “Dominique”. Her’s is “Dominiyka” :P
(It’s from her species name “Polistes Dominula”)
There’s also Domeniga, Dominizia, Dominee, Domaneke, Domini, Dominie, Domorique, Domenika, Domita, Domenica, Domenique, Queen Domino, and King Bob :P
