Thank you for the help! It took me a while to get around to fixing things, but I finally updated it and got the new file uploaded. Figured out how to make proper speed lines with my program. Much nicer now. :3

I wasn’t able to figure out how to update it here, if that is possible. the FAQ said to just upload a new one and have this one deleted, but I didn’t want to delete what folks had already commented/Favorited/vote on and such.
It’s very possible! Just upload the new one, come back to the old one, and follow these steps:  
https://i.imgur.com/MXMSsNb.png (where it says to look in the address bar, address bar of the updated picture of course!)  
That way, the votes, faves and comments will just carry over to the updated one.

Agreed! They really do add something to the picture. I just tend to notice things regarding compression or resizing.  
(pst, they’re currently aliased. Anti-aliased is when they’re not pixel-y. For an interesting read on this I can recommend the ImageMagick documentation)

Thank you! Someone actually let me know about “delegates” in the source on dA and I changed it there, but I wasn’t able to figure out how to update it here, if that is possible. I’m normally pretty good with that, but I forgot the program I used for the bubbles didn’t have spellcheck, derp! As for the fix, the FAQ said to just upload a new one and have this one deleted, but I didn’t want to delete what folks had already commented/Favorited/vote on and such. I know I’ve seen others update the image of the same upload though, I just can’t find anything detailing how to do so myself.
 
And the black lines being anti-aliased in the last panel, that’s my lack of knowledge with the program I used. I bought it specifically to make comics and this was the first I made with it. I had no idea how to fix the pixel look of the lines, but decided the cell looked boring without. I hope to fix those one day once I get a better understanding of the program. :)

Especially for a first comic, this is excellent. Some things you might want to watch out for in the future:  
  • Check and double-check your speech bubbles. It’s “delegates” not “deligates” (at least, that’s how I learned it) and spelling errors are my biggest peeve in comics.  
  • Panel spacing: it’s fairly consistent throughout, except for the last panel, which has no space to the panels above it  
  • Resizing: I’m not sure what happened with the black lines in the last panel. There’s no anti-aliasing on them; were they resized with a “nearest neighbour” algorithm? Try something like cubic for best results
     
    For a first comic these are just minor points, it’s nothing that can’t be improved in a next comic. You didn’t duplicate characters from one panel to the next, and in terms of plot vs length this is just right (no panel can be removed without breaking the comic, and adding more would just make it longer than it needs to be). And the expressions are very good, too; they match with the text and what is happening.
