I don’t like the way rainbow dash forced Fluttershy to joust I mean, Fluttershy doesn’t like rough and tough sports and rainbow dash could’ve ask some other Pony to joust. Poor Flutters,she started to cry at that moment. Go and tell twilight and the rest of what RD did you. NOT COOL RAINBOW DASH LET FLUTTERSHY DO HER PETTING ZOO BUSINESS IN PEACE!!!!!

I think Dash is lighter. It helps to be petite to fly competitively.

Oh, and I forgot, Fluttershy has never been so cute as in that jousting armor. Her mane doesn’t even look tangly.

With kindly crystal ponies, a petting zoo maybe doesn’t need constant attention. In the human world, they need a staff on duty at all times, in a ratio that really should not be less than 1 staff member to 15 guests. (Particularly experienced and assertive staff can maybe exceed that ratio.)
 
As to the pic, Rainbow Dash was never going to hurt Fluttershy. Fluttershy got it worse than Dash intended because she wasn’t even trying. LOOK WHERE HER LANCE IS POINTING!!

They were wearing armour for a reason, guys. And not only that, but the jousts were capped off with balls on the tips so that there wasn’t any risk of being stabbed.
 
Plus Fluttershy landed on hay, and Dash gave her word that she’ll hold back in future.
 
At the most, Fluttershy got a few bruises, she’ll be fine.
 
This is coming from a guy who adores Fluttershy, seriously. Yet I draw Fluttershy in all kinds of danger, and in a few images she’s taken some scrapes and bruises. Maybe the rest of you need to do the same. It might show to you that Fluttershy is tougher than you give her credit for.

I don’t know; Rainbow deserves better.

OK let’s stop all this: Fluttershy and Rainbow need to just hook up and have sex already. It’s going to happen, I swear to god. It’s gonna be like… season 5 but it’ll happen.

and enough with the rainbow dash is a heartless bitch thing please? seriously, I feel like people really take this too far

I agree.

I wouldn’t say Flutterbuse needs to happen more often. However, people need to stop thinking she’s above something bad happening to her just because she’s this cute moé pony.

Angel did the right thing when he smacked Fluttershy across the face and threw her out of her house. His motives were a bit sketchy, though……..

Despite the blunt point, that looks like that lance should have speared Flutters through the EYE. That would have been nuts, but yeah I imagine not so good for the kiddies.

I was actually expecting Dash to come up short, given how she was given the short stick in S2.

Robo, nearly broke Dash’s spine? she jumped on her belly… and fluttershy is the lightest and weakest of the mane 6, Dash has taken high speed crashes before and is fine…

anyone realize that fluttershy never gets in fights and the most she has to put up with is not being scared of everything?  
i am sure some bruises is not going to kill her…

Anyone remember when Fluttershy nearly broke RD’s spine beck in Dragon Quest? And if so, mind telling me why Fluttershy doesn’t deserve this?
