Ok enough with the jokes: so my guys story is that he’s a changeling god (not like a generic alicorn oc that is overpowered) that helps out his own changelings to victory by using teamwork (which chrysalis forgot to do) so he is the busiest changeling in equestria changeling wise his powers are limited but his mind is infinite oh and his love is luna so yeah

Yeah Changelings ears are hard to draw, they don’t follow the usual shape of a pony’s ear and have holes.  
It’s not too bad, the lines are clean and not jagged, the proportions seems to be mostly respected although you might want to draw the body a little more rounder when using this point of view.
 
 
I think that what’s missing the most is perspective, when you draw a character in front view like here, try drawing the back legs between the front legs or like in your previous drawing, instead of doing a rectangle for the table, draw an trapezoid like this :  
 
try it and you’ll see your drawings will gain more depth.
 
Overall it’s really not too bad, keep drawing and you’ll surely improve.
