Yeah, i have pretty much the same opinions like you. Especially about Sweetie that she likes Showtunes and it is for grownups only. That’s kinda ironic because despite being a filly she sounds and even behaves like a mare compared to other fillies we’ve seen in the show. XD She even had the hots for Feather Bangs for Gods sake!😆

Only thing tragic is she can’t fly, making her kinda handicapped. Though, she can flutter a bit in some episodes (in one ep’ even lifting both of her friends off the ground) so she’s actually not completely handicapped like some think. So I don’t find her that tragic honestly.
 
Actually, Apple Bloom doesn’t have any parents (and for all we know, they probably passed on when she was a baby, so she probably never got to meet them) so that’s kinda tragic too actually.  
I assume most just like Scootaloo better ‘cause Bloom gets more attention/episode focus then the other 2 Crusaders combined. So some tire of her, and prefer the others.  
It seems like the less screen-time a character has, the more popular they are. (Just look at how popular some bit/background characters are.) Though, ironically, this standard doesn’t apply to Applejack & Rarity.

I mean, Sweetie Belle’s pretty enjoyable (AB does nothing for me though), but Scootaloo’s got tragic aspects of her and that kinda puts her way over them.

I think that’s a li’l unfair, as Bloom, and Sweetie have shown depth too. Like Bloom’s had self-esteem issues too before, family issues, and is being raised by her older siblings, and Granny. Sweetie’s personality and relationship with her sister, and such shows she has hidden depths, She also shows she’s a bit smarter then she acts sometimes. Plus she likes showtunes, which is a bit grown-up for her.  
We still don’t even know who Scootaloo’s parents are meanwhile.
 
To be honest, Scootaloo’s my least favorite Crusader, but I still like her.

It’s more of superstitious thing. I think if you’re a christian then basically you shouldn’t be afraid of the number, and most christians don’t fear it anymore. (I don’t.) Nowadays it’s just something half of everybody on the internet puts in their screen-name to try to look “edgy.” Though, I think because of that, it’s lost all it’s edge now.
