Summoning spell? Pfft!
From what I saw Naruto and Final Fantasy video games, a summoning must first require a contract or an agreement between the summoner and the would-be summoned.
And I doubt Sunburst would agree to be summoned anytime and anywhere unexpectedly… Unless there’s something in return.
