They do consume dairy and eggs, stuff mostly from said animals.
I would call this a “Harvest Moon diet”, after the game where every food item is either crops, manufactured farm products, and seafood.
The only noticeable replacement in their diet seems to be beef and possibly chicken. The cows because they are close to, if not on the same level of sapient-cy as ponies, the chickens because… reasons.
Ponies also raise pigs. An animal that is mostly domesticated by humans solely for their flesh. But they also likely raise pigs for leather and fertilizer production.
Perhaps they do also consume shellfish.

Well, multiple ponies have been shown in both the show in comics to catch fish, so maybe ponies eat fish, or fish is the one meat that’s acceptable to feed to carnivores/omnivores. And Sunset’s been living there long enough to have gotten used to human eating habits.
