Strange things set Sweetie off.
We’ve seen her lack of even temperedness with Rarity.
Perhaps that was because we didn’t know her nor Scootaloo that much until season 4 and 5. Apple Bloom was hogging the spotlight for most CMC related episodes in the early seasons.
Yeah, animated .png files are a thing. Unfortunately it’s become a bit of a “hipster”-esque file type because no one wanted to support it at the start.
It’s a file format known as animated PNG. I don’t know offhand what programs can make them though.
