The more composite a creature is, the less likely transformative magics are to be able to know what in the hell to even do with this.
So to a chimera? Anatomy that doesn’t conform to any known biological logic.

Artistically speaking she’s beautiful, but realistically anything with human lungs and a fish tail is destined for a hellish life in a paddle pool. One which her hippogriff parts will most definitely puncture several dozen times a day.
