Actually it was apparently completely changed. It was about the “Games Ponies Play” episode, then it was changed to ‘UH no evil Sombra is back defeat him by completing 10000 quests’.
The game used to have voiceovers for quests but stopped doing that years ago with the exception of some of the Crystal Empire quest (but only because those lines were recorded years ago and then the quest got delayed).
