You know, after looking into a bit of learning computer programming, how AI could theoretically work, the basic structure of learning AI, and poking into a tiny bit of neurology, I know longer see this in the same way.
 
It used to be along the lines of, “goodness, so funny how that young they don’t realize, you know, knocking stuff off your table means it’s not on the table.”
 
But now I’m just amazed that that little bundle of neurons is developing and will actually be able to make sense of the world, and has already made enough sense of the world though nothing other than neural pathways and associations and (perhaps a few other things) to know that he can hit things to make them move, cry to make noise and get attention, and all that.
 
The brain is freaking amazing, and seeing it develop just reminds me of how amazing it is.
